* Orders will not be processed with incorrect part numbers or pricing without a revised purchase order.
* Product pricing on Estimates will be valid for 30 days. Please refer to the estimate number on your purchase order.
* Freight Responsibility: Freight estimates will be valid for 10 days. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client is responsible for all freight, shipping, and handling charges associated with their order. If the order qualifies for Free Freight Allowance (FFA) under our current shipping policy, these charges will be waived.
* Orders may not be available for pick up or shipping the same day. Please allow at least 24 to 48 hours for our personnel to process your order.
* LTL order processing time may take up to 72 hours.
* All persons picking up orders at QHT, Inc must call ahead.
* Special order items will take a minimum of 12-16 weeks ARO.
* Purchase Orders for "Special Order" items cannot be canceled after 3 days due to production scheduling.
