Please note that Buy/Sell items are up to our discretion on restock.
For stock items, restock can be reduced or waived based on circumstance.

Consigned items are returnable for a 50% restocking fee under the following conditions:
- Purchased within 12 months of return date, referencing original PO#
- Active inventory in current catalog (WSL, CLR, CD, OBS components excluded)
- Remains in the original, unmarked, unopened packaging
- New, clean, and re-saleable condition
- Returned prepaid to HeatLink within 14 days of RMA issuance

will be disposed of or returned at the returnee’s discretion & cost.
