Process is as follows:

  1. Three forms below go to Regional Manager for Approval.

  2. Regional Manager sends to Jennifer Simpson with the credit check form ( use the attached form for now)

  3. If approved Jennifer sends to Justin for codes

  4. Justin sends to Kim to ensure Sales Rep Assignment Codes are correct for entry- Region Territory etc...

Any time a customer is asking for a quote on a mounted and tested actuator assembly, the typical lead time for the assembly is about a week ARO depending on how backlogged the assembly team is.  Cut off time of 12:00 for same day shipping does not apply to orders that require additional mounting and testing.

 

If customers need the parts urgently and want the quickest lead time we can offer, we can quote them the same components (ball valve, actuator and mounting kit) and ship those to them where they can mount the valve to the actuator on site. The mounting kit comes with instructions on how to do this.​
