1. Complete the Project Quotation Checklist

   • Before requesting an AirSys quote, the Project Quotation Checklist must be completed and submitted.

   • The checklist should be emailed to sales@air-sys.us.

2. Include Required Recipients

   • Copy (CC) the appropriate Pac West Sales (PWS) Territory Manager responsible for the account on all quote requests.

3. Complete Page 1 in Full

   • The first page of the checklist must be filled out completely.

   • Pay particular attention to the following required fields:

     • Project Name

     • Company Name

     • Equipment Need Date

4. Review Before Submission

   • Verify that all project information is accurate and complete before sending the request.

   • Incomplete submissions may delay the quotation process.
